At BH Merch, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

•The item must be in its original, unused condition

•The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included

•Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

•Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase

•Health & personal care products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)

•Downloadable or digital products

•Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1.Email us at support@bhmerch.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2.Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

3.Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.

4.Securely pack the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. BH Merch is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

•Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

•Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.

•Shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@bhmerch.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bhmerch.com with:

•Your order number

•A description of the issue

•Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bhmerch.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
