Q: How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add the items you’d like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping address and payment details to complete your purchase.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at support@bhmerch.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately after your order is successfully placed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Q: Is it safe to shop on BH Merch?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across the United States and Canada. No minimum purchase is required.

Q: Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada (all provinces and territories).

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

•United States (Contiguous): 5–10 business days

•United States (Alaska & Hawaii): 7–14 business days

•Canada: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Q: What should I do if my package hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@bhmerch.com and we will investigate promptly.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us at support@bhmerch.com to initiate a return.

Q: How do I request a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please email us at support@bhmerch.com to get started.

Q: What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bhmerch.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Q: Are the products on BH Merch authentic?

Yes. We are committed to offering genuine, quality products across all our categories, including Home & Kitchen, Health & Beauty, Sports, and Stationery.
