1. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across the United States and Canada. No minimum purchase amount is required — every order qualifies for free shipping, regardless of size or value.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada (all provinces and territories).

At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or international destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please refer to the estimates below:

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers — including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other reliable logistics providers — to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. The carrier assigned to your order may vary based on your location and package size.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@bhmerch.com.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. BH Merch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@bhmerch.com before your order is dispatched.

8. Canadian Orders — Customs & Import Fees

For orders shipped to Canada, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office or visiting the CBSA website for more information prior to placing your order.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

2.Contact the carrier directly for further assistance.

We will do our best to investigate and resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.

10. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bhmerch.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund.
