   Tested this patriotic body glitter stick over the weekend to check the application and color payoff ahead of an upcoming holiday BBQ.

   What works

   What doesn’t / trade‑offs

   Cleanup Effort: Note: While it is described as waterproof, which is great for staying put in the summer heat, you will need a good oil-based cleanser or makeup remover to fully wash it off at the end of the day.

   Texture: Depending on how much you apply, it can feel a little tacky on the skin initially, so it’s best to let it “set” for a minute after swiping.

   Fits easily into a small purse or pocket for on-the-go touch-ups; tip: for hair application, swipe it onto your fingertips first and then run them through your strands for a more even, highlighted look.

   Who it’s best for

   This glitter stick is so fun! It has a variety of shapes and sizes of glitter in the gel so that you get a nice mix of a little bit of everything. A little goes a long way! You just need a small amount to add a lot of sparkle to your look. I love the versatility of it in that you can use it on your skin, hair, or clothes. It feels pretty durable when applying and managed to stick on well for the entire day. Removing the glitter was pretty easy as well; just wash hair like normal in the shower and it all washes out; great removability. The glitter has red, silver, and blue colored glitter and the shades are very vibrant and colorful! It definitely will make you stand out in a crowd for 4th of July!
