Omg what can I say?! I was so skeptical. This thing WORKS!
I know how helpful pictures are for believability, so I’ll attach one! Don’t judge me, I had no idea what these were for the first couples of weeks. So yes they overran my house for a bit. But that is no longer! We are now free from the clutches of these nasty little 💩’s.
I recently moved to Florida, and never in my life had I experienced so many (what I thought were gnats – I’m still unsure what the hell they actually are 😂). For the life of me I couldn’t figure out where the swarms of these pesky little things were coming from. I am originally from up north, where the only things that resemble them that we get are fruit flies. I couldn’t figure out why they were everywhere when none of my fruit was rotten or even remotely bad. Until I did some googling and found out these little demons are called Drain Flies. They live and breed in your drain, lay eggs and come out in SWARMS. I tried every remedy to kill them off. I cleaned my drains, I poured all kinds of chemicals down there. I googled every which way to kill their eggs, catch them. Tried the whole apple cider vinegar, water and soap trick. Where the apple cider vinegar is supposed to attract them, and the surface tension of the soap is supposed to get them stuck and they sink into the water below….noooope! Nothing worked. I’d still see them flying all over the place in my peripheral vision, and to top it off I now had a nasty little vinegar cup hidden in my corner smelling like dooky. I, like every other rational person, ran to Amazon for a solution. And I found LOTS of them. My first go to was going to be that light and fan thing, where the light attracts them and the fan supposedly sucks them in to their demise. I really didn’t care which one I purchased, as long as it worked. I saw the reviews and pictures of this one and figured I’d give it a go, and if this one didn’t work, I’d try the other one I mentioned.
Day 1, the first few hours, it caught absolutely nothing. And I thought “greaaat. This thing isn’t going to catch anything and I’m gong to have to deal with this pests for another few days while I wait on another order”
Day 2. I woke up, not expecting to find anything, and lo and behold, there were 10-15 flies on it. My prayers had been answered!
Day 3. Not going to lie, I forgot I had it plugged in
Day 4. I checked again, and this is what I found. The picture attached. Absolutely gross 🤢. Don’t ask, I have no idea how all these nasty little creatures lived in my sink without my knowledge. I must just be that blissfully unaware. I thought I only had a few…clearly I was wrong
I’m on like Day 10 now. I waited awhile because I wanted to make sure it continued to work before posting this review. I haven’t seen another fly / gnat besides in the trap, since Day 4, nearly a week ago. Not one. However, the trap is still lit up, and still as sticky as it was on day 1.
There is a faint blue glow, it’s a pretty pleasant. It’s just like a night light. It makes 0 noise whatsoever. It’s SO easy to remove and replace the sticky pad. You pull the stick piece up out of the part that attaches into the wall, and slide a new one in. So simple, yet so effective. If you’ve had these nasty little critters flying around your home for far too long now, try it. You won’t regret it. If it doesn’t work in the first spot you put it, move it around. These things supposedly come out of the drains, yet for some reason it catches far more in my bedroom outside the bathroom. So find what works for you. Also, it turns sideways if need be. So if you have a sideways plug, you can still plug it in and swivel it so it’s face up!
I hope this review helps some of you choose this, and rid your life of these nasty little buggers!!

Excellent insect trap!
Very impressed with this insect trap! When I purchased it, I didn’t know I had fruit flies. I had not seen any around my fruit dish or plant stand. I was just buying it after I read that fruit flies can come with or live in the soils of indoor plants. I have a kitchen plant stand with several plants so I thought I would try it. I plugged this unit in and 3 days later I had 18 fruit flies on it!!!! After 10 more days I have a total of 40 fruit flies trapped on it ! I am happy it works so well and grossed out at the same time!!! Love that the design of this hides the dead insects. Some of the “victims” are very tiny so I hope that means they were newly hatched. Will definitely buy another unit and some refill cartridges since I keep fruit & plants year round. I don’t normally see fruit flies until I have summer fruit (peaches) on the counters. Excellent fly attraction and easy to use. The cartridges are easy to remove and replace. Nice blue light!

Great product
This by far isn’t a paid advertisement nor do I know this company. This is a true statement from a customer. At first I was skeptical and thought it would have been a waste of my money. But no that wasn’t the case at all. To my surprise. This product actually works and I’m buying more as we speak. For the rest of the house. We have dogs and man it ketches the flies too, I absolutely love this product. It seriously eliminated most of the flies. Of course the fruit flies keep coming in, but zevo to the rescue. I’m not at home to send a picture. I will resend a message with the picture to show proof.

To start off, I have purchased this item several times. My place started to have fruit flies especially during the summer. I have tried so many other methods and it seemed like they didn’t really help. Someone at work told me that they use Zevo lights. To start off I had no clues what this was after doing some research I purchased a set to give it a try.
Let me tell you within a week the Zevo light was full of fruit flies and other little bugs. This stuff definitely works.
Pros: attracts basically any insects and traps them with the sticky insert. Lasts about 3-4 weeks I would say. Has a blue light that attracts the insects. Easy to use and even easier to replace inserts when it’s time. Also they are neutral looking so if guest come over nobody can see the gross insects it caught. Now that I’m thinking about it unless someone knows what it is, it looks like a plugged air freshener.
Cons: honestly the only two cons I could think of is at night if you leave the Zevo lights plugged, and your eyes adjusts to the darkness. The light seems very bright, but I started to unplug them before bed so that fixes it. Lastly I wish the inserts lasted longer, they are still sticky about a month in but dust starts to settle on them and I think it’s not as sticky for the bugs.
So overall I would recommend this product for your house if you are in need of an insect catcher.

I all of a sudden have a problem with gnats. I have the apple cider vinegar going with the dawn. In two places. So I came upon this while searching for a solution for gnats etc. I came across this and thought I would try it as the reviews were pretty good. Well I got it today. Plugged it in and I am amazed at how fast it works.
It’s a little expensive. But the ease with the results and it works. Released a lot of stress.
Don’t hesitate. Buy this. It’s well worth the money.

Effective, Easy to Use, and Long-Lasting
This plug-in insect trap works surprisingly well. It does an excellent job attracting and catching fruit flies, gnats, and other small flying insects. The light isn’t overly bright or distracting, but the bugs absolutely seem to love it. Within days, I could see how effective it was, and it has helped keep problem areas much more manageable.
The trap is incredibly easy to use—just plug it in and replace the cartridge when needed. Each cartridge lasts me about 1–2 months, making it a cost-effective and low-maintenance solution. Disposal is mess-free since everything stays on the adhesive backing. Overall, it’s reliable, convenient, and has become my go-to indoor bug trap.
